Do try it at home and share your experience with us.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Colour<br />Water<br />10 Spinach Leaves<br /><br />For date paste:<br />2 cup Dates, soaked & deseeded<br />Water<br /><br />For Nut base:<br />1/3 cup Almonds, soaked<br />1/3 cup Pistachio, soaked<br />1/3 cup Cashews, soaked<br />Spinach, boiled<br />3 cups Water<br /><br />For Icecream base<br />3 drops Vanilla Extract<br />Nut base<br /><br />For Icecream<br />1/4 cup Pistachio, chopped<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Colour<br />In a bowl of boiling water add spinach leaves, chop of the center line if you choose big leaves.<br />After 5 minutes remove the leaves and shift it into cold water.<br />And our ingredient for natural colour is ready.<br /><br />For date paste:<br />In a mixer jar add dates, water, and grind it into a smooth paste.<br />Transfer the paste into a bowl.<br /><br />For Nut base:<br />In a mixer jar add almonds, pistachio, cashews, spinach, water and grind them together.<br />Sieve the nut base with the help of thickest sieve available.<br /><br />For Icecream base<br />In a bowl containing Nut base mixture, add vanilla extract and give it a good mix.<br />Our Icecream base is ready, now refrigerate it for 4 hours.<br />Make sure that you cover the top.<br /><br />For Icecream<br />Roast some pistachios for around a minute.<br />Take out the ice cream base from the refrigerator and give it a churn.<br />Pour the ice cream base into a bowl, add the roasted pistachios in the ice cream and put the ice cream back in the refrigerator again.<br />Our Vegan Pista Icecream is ready.
