But you can make it simpler by just going to your local supermarket or whole foods salad bar and filling up your tray with all the veggies you want plus some fresh pico and a little guacamole if they have it.
Then mix one mango, one red bell pepper, a tsp or so of cumin, a bit of fresh cilantro and maybe a tiny dash of a hot seasoning if you want some kick for the dressing.
Then just roll that baby up and enjoy!
