Recipe- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets - roast in oven on 425 - 30 minutes - dont use any oil
3/4 cup quinoa and 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer (covered) 30 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
Seasonings - 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 1 tsp salt (optional cayenne or sriracha)
1/4 cup ground flax 3/4 cup water - mix together and let sit until thick

Once the cauliflower and quinoa is done mix everything in a food processor until combined well but not blended into a mush. At the end add in 3/4 cup bread crumbs and make into patties (makes about 10) Brown on stove top in a non stick pan for 10 minutes on each side over medium high heat :)
