Ingredients list for today's Lunch:

- 5 cups of cooked lentils (plain)
- 12 oz of fusilli brown pasta - the weight is before cooking (any brand of fusilli pasta should work)
- 1/2 to 1 can (7 to 14 oz) of coconut cream - depend on how creamy you want it ( I use 1 can)
- 1/3 of a large celery
- 1/2 medium size onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
- Salt (as desired)

Roasted Brussel sprouts:

- 18 brussel sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
